Our  legal and moral responsibility is with your best interest all the way from pre-approval through closing.

As your Buyers Agent we will represent you in every phase of your buying experience.

 

  • The most important first step is meeting with a lender to pre-approve you for purchase. We can guide you if necessary. You will know what exactly you are able to afford. This document is presented with any offer you make and it is critical to have on hand, especially in an active market.
  • We will provide you with a direct feed to your computer from our Multiple Listing Service reporting daily to you properties as they become available based on your specific parameters. You will know everything on the market appropriate to your search.
  • We will accompany you on showings, offer comparables past and present, guide you through the offer process and negotiate the best possible price. You will have guidance and support right through to closing.
  • Negotiation is our forte.

 

 

 

SELLERS AGENCY

In selling your property, our legal and moral responsibility is with your best interest all the way to closing.

As your Sellers Agent we will advise and represent you in every phase of the process.

 

  • Our primary responsibility is to achieve for you the highest possible price for your property. We will explain and show you exactly how we determine price based on many factors using past and present comparables, present market conditions, local knowledge and factors unique to your home.
  • We take an aggressive stance on marketing. We take special pains in creating thorough descriptions of your property online, good photography and with brochures and fliers for potential buyers. You will have a broad internet presence before in a prelisting presence and immediately upon listing in Multiple Listing.
  • We host Open Houses for brokers and we will conduct as many Open Houses for buyers as you will permit until your home is under contract.
  • We do not use lock boxes. Every showing of your home will be accompanied by one of us because we believe that selling your home means being there.
  • You will receive feedback from us on Open Houses and all showings.
  • Negotiation is our forte.
